You need to understand that in order to provide you with a price, we must refer to a specific construction.
The displayed prices cover the design, production, and assembly of the load-bearing steel structure.
Therefore, we offer three ways to illustrate the pricing:
Standard steel house prices
To help you make an opinion about the price, we present 3 examples of different shapes and sizes that reflect the price of the structure for the respective houses in the shapes and sizes presented. The prices refer to the steel structure with a technical resistance design and assembly accessories. Prices do not include VAT.

TECHNOLOGY
The steel house developed by Unic Rotarex® is based on many years of experience and hundreds of steel houses built.
In our country, all seasons are extreme. The steel house must be equally protected against cold, heat, humidity, wind, and earthquakes.
We designed economical wall sections using site-specific prefabricated materials. Below are technical sections with increased thermal, sound and fire resistance. If your architect consults with us and you respect the design, you can obtain a considerable reduction on the final price.

Fire resistance in Unic Rotarex® steel houses is achieved by cladding with fire-resistant gypsum boards.
We use Knauf-type boards offering resistance levels of 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, and 180 minutes.
The acoustic resistance of walls in Unic Rotarex® steel houses can be achieved in several ways:
- Knauf sound-insulating wall and plasterboard cladding (see details)
- Cork cladding on interior walls
- Two parallel walls that do not touch and do not transmit vibration. Only recommended between the master bedroom and children’s room, between duplex houses or hotel rooms.
The acoustic resistance of the floor slabs can be improved by using soundproofing boards instead of extruded polystyrene between the screed and OSB.
The seismic resistance of the Unic Rotarex® metal house is easy to solve due to the reduced weight of these constructions compared to classic buildings.
Seismic is an acceleration of the earth’s crust horizontally, which multiplied by the much smaller mass of our construction, successfully resists earthquakes of high and very high intensity.

Scientific Paper on the Seismic Resistance of Unic Rotarex® Steel Structures
Wind resistance of the Unic Rotarex® steel house, up to 150 kilometers per hour, is achieved under standard pricing conditions.
We can also design for higher wind intensities, as the elasticity of the structure gives our buildings an advantage in withstanding strong winds.
Corrosion resistance for Unic Rotarex® steel houses is ensured by using galvanized steel.
The anti-corrosion protection must last for the entire normative lifespan of the building—98 years, as required by law.
Galvanization is recognized as the best solution for corrosion protection in steel frame houses.
We use steel sheets with zinc coating levels between 150–275 grams per square meter, depending on the location and environmental conditions of the project.
It is important to store the structure according to our instructions between delivery and assembly. However, if you notice stains of this kind (white rust), there is no need to worry—zinc has the remarkable property of self-healing.
The assembled structure will dry quickly, and such stains can only appear due to improper storage.

Production
The production of steel structures is carried out on a manufacturing line equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. All our products are CE marked.
Assembly
The assembly has two stages: pre-assembling the structural elements in the factory and on-site installation by our partner teams.
Transportation
