The prices refer to the steel structure with a technical resistance design and assembly accessories. Prices do not include VAT.

TECHNOLOGY
The steel house developed by Unic Rotarex® is based on many years of experience and hundreds of steel houses built.
In our country, all seasons are extreme. The steel house must be equally protected against cold, heat, humidity, wind, and earthquakes.
We designed economical wall sections using site-specific prefabricated materials. Below are technical sections with increased thermal, sound and fire resistance. If your architect consults with us and you respect the design, you can obtain a considerable reduction on the final price.

Rezistenta la foc
Rezistenta la foc la casa metalica Unic Rotarex® se face prin placare cu placi de gipscarton rezistente la foc. Solutia cu placi de tip Knauf cu 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 si 180 minute rezistenta.

Rezistenta acustica a peretilor in casele pe structura metalica Unic Rotarex® se poate obtine in mai multe moduri:
PDFRezistenta acustica- Placare cu perete fonoizolant Knauf si placare cu placi de gipscarton (vezi detalii)
- Placare cu pluta pe peretii interiori
- Doi pereti paraleli care nu se ating si nu transmit vibratia. Recomandat doar intre dormitorul matrimonial si camera copiilor, intre case duplex sau intre camere de hotel
- Rezistenta acustica a planseelor se poate imbunatati prin folosirea placilor fonoizolante in loc de polistiren extrudat intre sapa si OSB
Rezistenta seismica
Rezistenta seismica la casa metalica Unic Rotarex® este mai usor de obtinut datorita greutatii semnificativ mai mici a acestor structuri comparativ cu cladirile conventionale. Un cutremur reprezinta o acceleratie orizontala a solului care, inmultita cu masa mult mai mica a structurii noastre, genereaza forte seismice considerabil mai reduse, permitand cladirii sa reziste cu succes la cutremure de intensitate mare si foarte mare.

Rezistenta la vant a casei metalice Unic Rotarex® de pana la 150 km/h se obtine in conditiile standard de pret.
Putem proiecta si pentru intensitati mai mari ale vantului, iar elasticitatea structurii ofera un avantaj important in fata rafalelor puternice.
Rezistenta la coroziune
Rezistenta la coroziune a caselor pe structura metalica Unic Rotarex® este asigurata prin utilizarea otelului galvanizat.
Protectia anticoroziva trebuie sa reziste pe intreaga durata de viata normata a cladirii — 98 de ani, conform legislatiei in vigoare.
Galvanizarea este recunoscuta ca fiind cea mai eficienta solutie de protectie impotriva coroziunii pentru casele pe structura metalica.
Folosim tabla de otel cu acoperire de zinc intre 150–275 grame/mp, in functie de amplasamentul si conditiile de mediu ale proiectului.
Este important ca structura sa fie depozitata conform instructiunilor noastre intre momentul livrarii si cel al montajului.
Totusi, daca observati pete de acest tip (rugina alba), nu este motiv de ingrijorare — zincul are proprietatea remarcabila de autovindecare.
Structura montata se va usca rapid, iar astfel de pete pot aparea doar ca urmare a unei depozitari necorespunzatoare.

The design of steel structures is carried out exclusively by specialized engineers approved by Unic Rotarex®. We can also facilitate MLPAT verification.
Production
The production of steel structures is carried out on a manufacturing line equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. All our products are CE marked.
Assembly
The assembly has two stages: pre-assembling the structural elements in the factory and on-site installation by our partner teams.
Transportation
We can assist in finding the appropriate means of transport; you will handle the booking and payment.
Consultancy
